Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY:
We will require the cartridge back to test before offering a refund or replacement. We will refund if the cartridge is returned to us within 2 weeks and in resellable condition or if the cartridge is found to be faulty after testing. We will only refund postage costs if the cartridge is proven to be faulty.
