If It appears you have ordered the wrong item / or do not require the item you have ordered. Then please cancel the order as soon as possible. If cancelled by 5pm the same day as ordered there will be no charge incurred (unless the item has already been shipped)
Unfortunately if the item has been shipped:
If it has not been opened (and is in the same condition as sent) upon return we will refund you (net of our costs of sending to you and any associated credit card charges).We strongly advice you to return the item to us by a tracked method (Recorded Delivery).
Please also ensure that the item is properly packaged and clearly state the ORDER NUMBER on your package.
If you have not received the appropriate refund within 10 days of dispatch to us then please contact us including your tracking number and order number.
